Champion Roundtable ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Manager Risk Assessment and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you use the Service we may collect:

  • Assessment responses: the answers you provide to the 12 Likert-scale questions and the routing question.
  • Contact details you submit to book a debrief: first and last name, work email, phone (optional), company, role, employee count, and industry.
  • Usage data: standard analytics such as pages viewed, referrer, device type, and aggregated event data (via Google Analytics and PostHog).

2. How we use your information

  • To score and present your assessment results.
  • To prepare for and schedule your 15-minute debrief if you request one.
  • To send you occasional, relevant communications about Champion Roundtable. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the Service and understand aggregate usage trends.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including our CRM (GoHighLevel), analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog), and database/hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

4. Data retention

We retain assessment responses and contact details for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your assessment progress. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function correctly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of any material breach as required by law.
